As the founder of GRAV1TY, I’ve developed a coaching philosophy grounded in the values of hard work, perseverance, and compassion. I believe that greatness is achieved not just by pushing through challenges, but by embracing discomfort, stepping outside our comfort zones, and practicing self-kindness. True success comes from honoring the process, no matter how tough the journey.
I approach wellness as a holistic balance of mind, body, and spirit. My coaching is focused on making small, consistent improvements every day, knowing that these incremental efforts compound over time into extraordinary transformation. With over a decade of experience in mental health and a passion for holistic wellness, I lead GRAV1TY and GRAV1TY Impact with a vision to create positive, lasting change in both individuals and communities. My personal wellness journey started with the understanding that true health is achieved through balance, nurturing not only the body but also the mind and spirit. This belief fuels my commitment to empowering others to embrace sustainable well-being.
I hold an A.S. in Business Management and a B.S. in Business, Management, and Economics with a concentration in Marketing. This combination of academic expertise and practical experience enables me to lead with strategic insight while ensuring the operational and financial success of both GRAV1TY and GRAV1TY Impact.
As the Executive Director of GRAV1TY Impact, our 501(c)(3) nonprofit, I guide impactful initiatives through three key programs:
GRAV1TY Ascend: Empowering the community through health and wellness programs that promote personal growth and long-term vitality.
GRAV1TY Pets: Advocating for animal care and supporting causes that improve the lives of pets and their families.

At my core, my passion and God-given purpose have been clear since I was a kid: To serve and help others. With a B.S.W. and NASM Certifications including Certified Personal Training (CPT), Certified Nutrition Coaching (CNC), and Weight Loss Specialist (WLS), I’ve channeled that expertise into a +10 year career of helping others earn life-changing and sustainable results. Professionally, I spent several years as a behavioral interventionist/case manager working with children and their families, ranging from preschool to high school. In recent years, I’ve supported hundreds of successful lifestyle transformations from all walks of life while accomplishing any fitness goal you can imagine during my career with 1st Phorm HQ as an Advisor.
This passion for helping others embrace a balanced, yet disciplined healthy lifestyle started with me going through the journey firsthand. My original “Day 1” was January 12, 2018. I weighed 277 lbs, didn't know where to start, and had no direction. By learning how to manage my relationship with food and making it work FOR me and my goals, ditching restrictive, "quick-fix" diets, enjoying a variety of training styles, the truth about the role of foundational supplementation, and simply working my ass off, I lost 105 lbs throughout 2018!
After committing to a new lifestyle, I packed everything I owned in a Chevy Silverado and took off on the most transformative journey of my life (so far!) when I moved to St. Louis to start my career at 1st Phorm HQ. During my career, I learned from the best minds in entrepreneurship, health & wellness, and more while honing my craft of helping people just like you earn winning results! Along the way...I met one of my best friends, GRAV1TY's very own, Kaylee! The rest, as they say, is history.
My coaching approach starts with developing a true connection with those I serve. We work together to understand that true progress doesn't happen overnight, but rather through personalized, daily, winning habits. Before joining GRAV1TY, I was an integral team member at Professional Physical Therapy, where I worked alongside skilled manual therapists, honing my expertise in exercise technique and mobility. Additionally, I have personal training experience at Evolutions Fitness, where I empowered clients by coaching proper form, promoting strength-building, weight management, mindfulness, and boosting self-confidence. My B.S. from UMass Boston, Advanced Health Coaching Certification from ASFA, and nearly a decade of hands-on experience allow me to bring a calm and effective coaching style to help clients reframe negative mindsets, embrace strength training, implement lifestyle changes, and work toward long-term goals.
Outside of my work, I am passionate about cycling, functional strength training, and giving back through annual volunteer trips to South Africa with The Sound of a Smile, among other international organizations. I love traveling, experiencing new cultures, enjoying beach days, and attending concerts. I truly believe in maintaining balance in both physical and mental health.

Jennie has a Master’s Degree in Exercise Science and Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation from Brooklyn College, a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from SUNY Purchase College and is currently enrolled in a Health and Well-Being Coach Certification Program at Duke University. Jennie also received her fitness certification from the American College of Sports Medicine, is Arrhythmia Interpretation certified, is a certified Level II CrossFit Instructor and has 13 years of experience in the Health Industry. Jennie also has several years of wellness coaching experience in the Corporate Wellness and Fitness Industry and is well versed in rehabilitative and preventive exercise protocols as well as strength training.

Over the years, I’ve helped countless people reach their goals by guiding them through nutrition education, physical activity, and mindset shifts.

Hi Im Kanika,
Growing up in Philadelphia, moving to New York City was always a dream of mine, so at 24 years of age, I did just that, I moved to the big city solo with just 100 bucks in my pocket. I had no idea what I was doing, no job, and a temporary place to live in Brooklyn.
I would often take the train to different areas, this day I jumped off the train and ended up in Tribeca. I walked around and came across this boutique private fitness studio named O-Diesel. This train stop would later change my life! After landing the job as a Certified Personal Trainer, I had no idea who my clients were. I was taken aback when one of the clients said “ I want to work with her”. This client was was no other than Rupaul himself. I worked exclusively with Ru , as well as some of the Victoria’s Secret models. My goal was getting them ready for fashion shows and photoshoots , watching what the they consumed, while being their go to for their health and fitness needs.
I was also collaborating in a physical rehab setting, as a PT assistant called Performance Physical Therapy, where I learned a lot of information regrading athletes and training, as we were one of the facilities working with the New York Rangers.
Moving back to Philadelphia 7 years later my population changed drastically. I became a certified nursing assistant, I worked in Oncology and Neuro- intensive critical care. My patients were not receiving the care they needed. Their food consumption was off, a lot of the patients were not exercising, their overall wellness, was just well not there.
Thats when I thought there is a need here. As I am continuing my education in science and western approaches such as Ayurveda & herbal medicine. I can guide you in incorporating east meet west, gathering your lifestyle and the changes you require to provide you with a holistic approach.
As your GRAV1TY wellness coach, I will assist you with a healthy mindset, a strong body with the audacity to change what no longer serves you. I am thrilled to join the GRAV1TY team!

Hi I’m Colleen Schroeder. With over two decades of experience as an educator, I’ve embarked on a journey to empower others, fueled by my passion for health and wellness. My personal experiences as an educator, parent, and caregiver have not only deepened my understanding of life’s challenges but also ignited a desire to help others thrive.
