Destiny Branstad-Haughton
CFO & COO | Head of Compliance
Executive Director at GRAV1TY Impact
Destiny holds a Bachelor of Science in Business, Management, and Economics with a concentration in Marketing, along with an Associate of Science in Business Management. She is also a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certified Coach and NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and is currently pursuing her FDN-P and Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) to further expand the level of functional support and lab insight available to clients.
With over a decade of experience in mental health and a strong foundation in business, operations, and holistic wellness, Destiny helps lead GRAV1TY with a focus on root-cause healing and wellness that fits real life.
Her work through GRAV1TY’s Longevity program is deeply informed by her own ongoing health journey. She has personally navigated an appendectomy, hospitalization related to gallbladder dysfunction, healing PCOS, overcoming insulin resistance and hormonal dysregulation, and now walking through hypothyroidism and Hashimoto’s thyroiditis that had long been misattributed to anxiety and ADHD. After being told medication was the only option, she chose to look deeper. That decision reshaped the way she views healing and strengthened her belief that symptoms are signals, not inconveniences to silence. Today, she is passionate about helping women better understand their bodies, uncover deeper imbalances, and pursue wellness in a way that is practical, sustainable, and aligned with real life.
Separate from GRAV1TY’s client services, GRAV1TY Impact serves as the organization’s 501(c)(3) nonprofit, dedicated to expanding access to wellness support across all areas of life and making meaningful resources more attainable for the community through GRAV1TY Ascend, GRAV1TY Pets, and GRAV1TY Kids.
