1. What should I expect during my first call? You’ll discuss your goals, challenges, and what you hope to achieve with coaching. We’ll take a holistic look at your fitness, nutrition, and mental well-being to create a personalized action plan tailored just for you. 2. How long is each coaching session, and are coaching sessions included in the Elite program? Sessions typically last 30 to 60 minutes, depending on your needs and the program you're following. Coaching sessions are optional but available to all Elite clients if needed. If you’d like additional support, we’re here to guide you through any challenges and help you stay on track to reach your goals. 3. What areas will we focus on in coaching? Our coaching focuses on fitness, mental health, and nutrition to ensure a balanced and sustainable approach to your overall well-being. 4. Do I need to prepare anything for the call? It's helpful to come with any questions you have and an idea of your current challenges or goals. Feel free to jot down anything you'd like to discuss during your session! 5. Can I book a call if I’m not a current client? Yes! Whether you're new to GRAV1TY or returning, you can book a call to discuss your goals and explore how we can help you get there. 6. What happens after I book the call? Once you book your session, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details. Your coach will reach out to you at the scheduled time to connect over the phone. 7. Can I reschedule my session if something comes up? Yes! You can easily reschedule with at least 12 hours' notice. We’ll work with you to find a new time that fits your schedule. 8. How do I know which coaching program is right for me? During your call, we’ll discuss your specific goals and challenges. Based on that, we’ll recommend the program that’s best suited to your needs. 9. How can I contact you if I have questions before the call? Feel free to reach out via email or phone with any questions or concerns before your session. We’re here to help! 10. Do I need any special equipment for the call? All you need is a phone or computer to connect with your coach—no special equipment is required. 11. Are the calls one-time or ongoing? Calls can be one-time consultations or part of an ongoing coaching plan. We’ll determine what works best for you during your session. 12. Do I need to be in a specific location to book a call? No! Our coaching calls are conducted over the phone, so you can join from anywhere, as long as you have a phone or internet connection. 13. Do you offer refunds for your programs?
